I offer various coaching packages to suit different needs and goals. Most clients find that a 3-month commitment allows for sustainable change and meaningful progress. We begin with a 6 or 12 session foundation program, meeting every two weeks, and can extend based on your journey and objectives. Each session lasts 90 minutes.
