A personal note from

āyour guide to nervous system-led high performance

Most high-achieving professionals aren't burning out because they're doing too much. They're burning out because the very things that got them here — the drive, the grit, the inability to stop — were never about ambition. They were survival.
ā
I speak to what's actually happening beneath the surface — the hidden patterns that quietly shape how we lead, relate, and perform, and why no amount of strategy, willpower, or pushing through will create lasting change until we address them at the root.
ā
My keynotes give audiences a framework for doing something most resilience talks don't addresses — not just pushing through, but learning to lead from a completely different place.
One where compassion isn't soft — it's strategic. Where readiness isn't about having it all figured out — it's about trusting yourself enough to begin. Where burnout isn't a workload problem — it's a survival response. And where adversity isn't something to survive — it's the material you build from.

"What looks like drive, perfectionism, or endurance is often a nervous system stuck in survival mode".

For Organizations
For Individuals
I help companies understand why their top performers are burning out despite doing everything “right”—and how to fix it at the root. Through neuroscience-backed keynotes and training, I equip teams with practical regulation tools that reduce reactivity, strengthen psychological safety, and drive sustainable performance.
You're successful on paper—but behind the scenes, you're stuck in patterns you can't break. The perfectionism, people-pleasing, and achieving that never feels like enough. You've outgrown who you've been, and you're ready for a rebirth.
With a background in social work and trauma-informed care, I bridge neuroscience and self-inquiry to create self-aware, regulated teams—driving sustainable behavior change, resilience, and long-term performance.
Through 1:1 coaching, we go to the root—uncovering the trauma, limiting beliefs, and nervous system patterns keeping you stuck. You'll gain clarity on what's been holding you back and build the capacity to move forward as your most authentic, confident, and regulated self.
